If you prefer, you can instead mail in the hard-copy registration form (for either policy or LD) to the address listed on the form.

*A $25 deposit is required to finalize your registration. Please follow the payment information after you submit your registration.  If we do not receive a deposit within 2 weeks, we will cancel registration. This policy is necessary to maintain an accurate registration count. Thank you!
