Opportunities to Work at WDI

Thank you so much for your interest in working with the Women’s Debate Institute.

Applications for Resident Assistant and Instructor positions are now open! We anticipate closing applications at the end of March, 2026 and notifying applicants in April.

Beyond working at our 2026 camp, you can get involved with the WDI throughout the year. We welcome volunteers to support committee work, curriculum development, community outreach, student recruitment, and new initiatives that strengthen our mission. Former campers, coaches, and community members passionate about gender and racial equity in debate are encouraged to connect—we’d love to work with you.
